One queue for every printer on your farm.
SpoolSwift sends each job to a printer with the right nozzle and the exact AMS colours, then asks your crew whether the plate was collected when the print ends. A plate that was not collected goes back in the queue for the next printer that can run it.
Free for one printer. No card needed.
Made by the team behind SortSwift.
The same four steps on every printer, all day.
Queue
Every job waits in one list you can drag into any order, and says in plain words what it is waiting for.
Check
Eight checks before a start: printer idle, plate clear, nozzle and model, exact AMS colours, allowed material, tested firmware, microSD card and enough filament.
Your bridge sends the file to the printer's microSD card over your own network, and marks the plate as needing clearing before the print begins.
Answer
Collected counts the plate. Not collected puts it back in the queue for the next eligible printer, never the one that just failed it.
How the plate loop worksScan this label with your phone to try a demo printer.
Every printer on your floor gets a label like this one. The demo opens the same card your crew would see: answer the plate, start the next job, or send a failed plate back to the queue. Nothing on the demo controls a real printer.
Already on your phone? Open the demo printer
On your own farm, a printer's label opens its card only for a signed-in member of your farm. Anyone else sees a sign-in page and nothing about the printer.

The floor, the queue and the library work from the same live state, so the next job always goes to a printer that can actually run it.
Live floor
Every printer as a tile: state, job, progress, temperatures, AMS slots and plate state, updated as the printer reports.
Live floorQueue with reasons
Drag jobs into any order. Hold, release, start now or duplicate. Each waiting job says exactly what is holding it.
QueueStrict AMS matching
Define your filaments once by material and colour code. A job starts only where every slot it uses matches the live AMS report.
AMS matchingNozzle-strict routing
A 0.2 mm printer only takes 0.2 mm jobs, and a 0.4 mm printer never takes one. No nozzle prompt stops a start halfway.
Pre-flight checksLibrary and print profiles
Upload sliced files once. SpoolSwift reads every plate's grams, time, nozzle and filaments, and keeps the old versions.
LibraryPhone card and QR labels
Print a label for each printer. Any phone camera opens its card, with the controls your role allows.
QR labelsEvery waiting job says what it is waiting for.
When a printer sits idle, the queue names the printer, the plate or the spool holding the next job up, so the crew knows what to fix.
Urgent jobs go to the front. After that, your order wins.
Hold keeps a job's place without starting it.
Start now picks the best eligible printer and still runs every check.
Automatic when you want it, and never on an uncleared plate.
Everything automatic is off until you turn it on. Every automatic start still waits for a cleared plate and a full set of checks.
Automatic start, armed at the farm
An owner turns it on in SpoolSwift, then arms each printer on the bridge with a local PIN. The cloud can disarm a printer but never arm one.
Failure detection
Your bridge checks camera frames on the PC while a print runs. Only the frame attached to an alert, or one you choose to share, leaves your farm. By default it only notifies, and you choose to pause, keep printing, or mark it as not a failure.
Notifications
Email and push to your phone for failed runs, printer errors, an offline bridge or idle printers with jobs waiting. Pick what reaches you.
A circuit breaker per printer
Two Not collected answers in a row, or a serious printer error, and automatic start stops for that printer until a manager turns it back on.
Paid orders from Shopify, Square, WooCommerce and eBay become plates in the queue.
Connect one store or all of them. Map each product to the parts it needs, and SpoolSwift nets those parts against what is already on the shelf before it fills whole plates.
Shopify, Square and WooCommerce
Connect each store once and map every SKU to its parts. A paid order adds its jobs to the queue. A sold line with no model waits under Attach a model instead of vanishing.
eBay listings
List your products on eBay from SpoolSwift, and eBay orders come into the same queue as your other shops.
Orders
One list for every source, filtered by status. Each line shows parts needed, printed, in stock and ready to pack.
Shelf stock
Spare parts from earlier plates count toward the next order, so you print what is missing and nothing more.
Quote portal
Buyers upload a model and get a price from a real slice with your own presets, then check out on your Shopify store. Paid quotes land in your queue for approval.
Your printers never face the internet.
Outbound only
The bridge connects out on port 443. Nothing at your farm is opened to the internet.
Sealed access codes
Your browser seals each printer's access code to your bridge's own key. Our servers pass it on but cannot read it.
Plate guard on the bridge
The bridge itself refuses to start a printer whose plate has not been cleared, whatever the cloud says.
No back door for staff
Support access is read-only, time-limited and shown in your audit log. Staff can never send a printer command.
What you need to start.
Status shows up as soon as a printer is added. Developer Mode is only needed when you want SpoolSwift to start prints.
Read the full compatibility notesDo I need to change settings on my printers?
Yes. Each printer needs LAN Only Mode and Developer Mode on, and a microSD card. On that printer you lose the Bambu Handy app and Bambu cloud printing. Printing from Bambu Studio over your network still works.
Does SpoolSwift ever start a print by itself?
Only if you turn on automatic start and arm the printer on your bridge. Even then, nothing starts until the plate has been answered and every check passes.
Can my crew use their own phones?
Yes. SpoolSwift runs in the phone's browser, so there is no app to install. Scan a printer's label to open its card.
Which shops can send orders in?
Shopify, Square, WooCommerce and eBay. You can connect more than one, and every order lands in the same list. On eBay, SpoolSwift can also list your products for you.
