One printer is free for as long as you want it, with no card. Past one printer you pay for the printers you run. Anything that costs us each time it runs is billed at cost plus a small markup, on every plan.
Plans are paid by card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Every plan has every feature, the free plan included. Plans differ only in how many printers they cover.

The wallet on the free plan
On the free plan, usage comes out of a prepaid wallet. You top it up, and usage draws it down, so the free plan never sends you a bill.

You pay for printers
Your plan sets how many printers you can add. Adding one past the limit offers the next plan and leaves the printer out until you choose.
One free printer per account
An account can have one farm on the free plan. Making a second farm is free, and it needs a paid plan before it adds a printer.
Change plans any time
Change plan or update your card from the billing page, through Stripe.
If a payment fails
You get warnings and a grace period of 7 days of full service, with a banner across the top.
After the grace period
Your farm moves to the free plan. One printer you pick keeps starting prints, and the others stay on the floor, read-only, with status still showing.
Prints never stop for billing
A print already running is never stopped by a billing problem. Paying again restores service straight away.

Is the free plan a trial?
No. One printer stays free for as long as you want it, and there is no card to enter.
What counts as a printer?
Each printer added to one of your bridges.
Is the camera check billed?
No. It runs on your bridge, on your own PC, so it is not metered. Only work that costs us money each time it runs is billed as usage.
What happens to my data if I close my farm?
For 30 days after you close it, the farm stays viewable and its bridge stays connected, but nothing starts. Then the farm is closed.
Can a billing problem stop a print?
No. Billing never stops a running print. After the grace period your farm moves to the free plan, and one printer you pick keeps starting new prints.
